Grief can feel isolating. It can come in waves, at unexpected moments, and often when you least feel prepared for it. While there is no “right” way to grieve, having the right support around you can make all the difference.
At Bereavement Care, we believe no one should have to navigate loss alone. That’s why we’re continuing to grow our local wellbeing groups across the communities we serve, creating safe, welcoming spaces for people to come together, share experiences, and find comfort in connection.
Our wellbeing groups are designed to be informal, supportive, and open to anyone experiencing loss, whether recent or from years gone by. There’s no pressure to speak, no expectations to follow, and no judgement.
